Title IX and Sex Based Discrimination for Students

Update:

The School District is aware that the 2024 Title IX Final Rule has been vacated by the District Court of Kentucky. See, State of Tennessee v. Cardona, No. 2:24-00072 (Jan. 9, 2025) The District is presently working on updating its policies and procedures to reflect this change. Please note that any actual knowledge of a potential Title IX matter initiated as of January 9, 2025, will be addressed pursuant to the 2020 Title IX Guidelines.
