Request for Proposal for the CCSD UPK Program 

In the 2025-2026 school year, Carmel Central School District will offer a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for children who live within the school district boundaries. To qualify, a child must be four years old by December 1, 2025.  

The district held three information sessions for those who were interested in finding out more about the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for 2025-2026 school year. There is no need to attend more than one session. 

Each session will present information on:

• The timeline of the program
• The registration process
• A presentation from the childcare providers
• A question-and-answer session
